I was suffering from severe tennis elbow for over 3 years and was at my breaking point with the pain. I took physiotherapy, but it didn’t seem to work long term.

PEMF has been life changing for me. My journey started 5 yrs ago. I was diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis in my lower back, neck, hips, knees and foot. Up until using PEMF therapy I was taking prescribed anti inflammatories as well as over the counter (eg: Aleave) plus pain pills. They were wreaking havoc on my digestive system, and were only masking the pain.
Now I use my PEMF mat 2-3 times a day and don’t take any prescribed or over the counter pills. As well my sleep is better, anxiety levels have decreased, brain fog is diminished. If I have a headache I use my PEMF system for 8min and then I use what’s called the pillow for 16-26 min and my headache is diminished, if not gone altogether. I call it my “MAGIC MAT” -
